Great things are happening at 14 Wing Greenwood! Introduced in Fall 2023, the 14 Wing Junior Members Advisory Committee (JMAC) is made up of enthusiastic junior non-commissioned members and officers. As a sub-committee of the 14 Wing Conduct and Culture committee, it’s a team full of people with new ideas and solutions, closely engaged with the Greenwood and 14 Wing community, listening to concerns and collaborating with wing leadership to shape the RCAF culture. With members representing a variety of trades across all squadrons and units at 14 Wing, this group is dedicated to driving positive change.
The JMAC is already making an impact. In its first year, the committee has made great strides, including launching a newsletter, improving the dog park and reviving the RHU yard sale day. And, there’s more to come.
Join us for the first JMAC Coffee Break September 24 at 10 a.m. at the Annapolis Mess. It’s a casual chance to share your thoughts and ideas. The JMAC team will use your feedback to come up with creative solutions and address local issues. Anything outside its scope will be taken to wing leadership for further discussion.
