July 29, at 2 p.m., representatives of the 14 Wing Greenwood Community Council and the wing will judge the annual Residential Housing Units (RHU) neighbourhood in the summer beautification contest. Points will be considered in creativity, variety, use of colour and overall lawn maintenance.
