Introducing the newest addition to Lake Pleasant Campground – a magnificent cabin almost ready to open! The Springfield facility’s maintenance team is putting the finishing touches on the cabin, ensuring yet another memorable experience for campground guests.
With privacy and water access, this cabin offers breathtaking sunsets from a couples’ hammock, a patio with furniture and a BBQ, and solar fairy lights. Inside, sleep on a brand-new memory foam mattress, as you and your cabin mates (there is room for up to four people, plus tent space outside) take advantage of a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, convection oven and microwave, and a place setting for four.
The campground’s Personnel Support Program staff are excited to welcome new and returning military, veteran and community visitors. Camping starts May 17, and the season runs to October 31. Book a seasonal or short-term tent site, a cabin or an RV site. Amenities include a playground, floating docks, a kiddie beach, a large swim beach, horseshoe pits, dartboards, a community fire pit, basketball court, volleyball, fishing, access to trails, canoe, kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals; and more.
