September 10 World Suicide Prevention Day good day to check mental health
World Suicide Prevention Day is September 10. We all have a voice to say, “I’m not OK,” and ask for help. We all have a voice to ask someone, “Are you OK?” Mental health begins with mental wellness and mental injury prevention (self-care). World Suicide Prevention Day is a reminder to check on ourselves, and check on each other.
“Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.” – unknown
