7Arts in Greenwood is offering a special Summer session in fly-tying – no experience or equipment needed. Learn to tie your own fishing flies in this free workshop series, Veterans on the Vise.
Veterans on the Vise will meet over eight weekly sessions, between Thursday, June 25, and August 13, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All supplies and equipment is provided, and veteran instructor William will lead you through basic flies, and then as you work your way to making skilled flies.
All veterans are welcome, including those waiting for their release date or in the transition process. If you like fishing or have a friend that enjoys it, why not try a new skill?
