The fun is underway at the 22nd annual Atlantic Region C&E Golf Invitational, a 16-team, two‑day scramble June 18 and 19 at the Greenwood Golf Club for active and former members of the military Communications and Electronics community, as well as civilian personnel involved in the military IT sector.
14 Wing Greenwood’s Communications and Information Systems Major Chris Collins welcomed everyone and, with the official opening swing, encouraged all to enjoy a “great tradition, and have a good time.”
While the “Sig Pig” Green Hawgz were in fine form, with matching ensembles and decorated carts – including an oinking horn, they may be challenged in the actual golf by The Fore Bros, The Broken Signals, 77 Line and the Bogey Bandwidth Brigade.
