Two members from 14 Mission Support Squadron’s Construction Engineering Flight, Master Corporal Mark Rodden and Corporal Liam Bradley, recently deployed on Operation AMARNA, where they played a vital role in upgrading and decommissioning power-generating sites at Camp Canada, in Kuwait.
Among their key achievements was the successful execution of a full generator farm swap, ensuring a more reliable and resilient power supply for operations in theatre. They also completed several critical electrical projects, including upgrading fire alarm systems, installing underground cabling and designing and wiring the newly-established Construction Engineering multi-trade workshop facility.
These improvements have significantly strengthened operational capability and infrastructure resilience at Camp Canada, highlighting the essential contributions of 14 MSS members to mission success abroad.
