The 14 Wing Community Council invites Residential Housing Units residents to dust off their boo-tiful decor for the annual Halloween decorating contest. Judging will take place October 30 at dusk, scored on spookiness, creativity, use of decorations an overall appearance. There are $50 gift cards for each ward winner!
